STCP's new bus at the world's largest road sector fair

This week, at Busworld 2025, the world's largest trade fair dedicated to public transport and sustainable mobility, STCP – Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos do Porto (Porto Public Transport Company) is presenting the Caetano model, one of STCP's 20 new 100% electric buses, which will enter service by the end of the year.

At the invitation of CaetanoBus, the manufacturer responsible for producing these vehicles, produced in partnership with CRRC, STCP's presence reinforces the shared commitment to innovation and sustainability in public transportation. With a range of approximately 400 kilometers, the new standard buses are part of the company's fleet renewal plan and will arrive at STCP later this month.

STCP's participation in Busworld 2025 highlights the company's ongoing commitment to technological innovation and sustainable mobility, positioning it as a benchmark in the urban public transport sector nationally and internationally.

With the arrival of these 20 new vehicles, STCP's fleet will now have 88 100% emission-free vehicles, enabling the annual reduction of CO2 emissions and the provision of a more efficient public service.
