"Em Ponto Pequeno" is the new exhibition at the Electric Car Museum

From prehistory to the present day, the fascination with small-scale detail has accompanied society, taking on different meanings over time: symbol of power and status, pedagogical tool, and collectible.
Inspired by the historical relationship between electric cars and the city of Porto, the exhibition presents side by side recreations of these iconic vehicles and other miniature objects that span different fields: science, nature, and architecture.
In total, more than 20 pieces make up the exhibition, with emphasis on the private collections of José de Freitas, Joaquim Leorne, and António Freitas, and the contribution of the Science Museum of the Rodrigues de Freitas School Group.
'Em Ponto Pequeno' is an opportunity to (re)discover the greatness of small things and can be visited until 2026, from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, at the Electric Car Museum (Alameda Basílio Teles, 51).
